Simona Survilaite
Simona Survilaite is a Manager on the FIU – Office of Network Monitoring and Investigations team and is responsible for the Europe, APAC, Middle East, and Africa regions.
Within her AOR, Simona is the point of contact of the Office of High Risk & Agent Investigations team that conducts tactical money laundering and terrorist financing investigations of all higher risk issues and maintains a broad investigative mandate tasked with identifying and mitigating agent, product, consumer/client, typology, and geographic risk, regardless of source or subject.
She has been with the Western Union Compliance the last 15 years in various scope of different investigations ranging from simple to complex ones and has more than 10 years’ experience of leading a regional team of FIU investigators.
Simona has a doctor degree in the Economics & Social Science, main areas of research are as follows: company’s intellectual capital, company’s market value, human resource management, knowledge management, financial intelligence.
