While one group is having an excursion, other groups will have a chance to enjoy a honey tasting and discussion at the nearby rooftop terrace.
During the workshop, participants will have the unique opportunity to visit an urban beekeeping site in Vilnius. Here, they will don beekeeper hats and delve into the fascinating world inside a beehive. The beekeeper will discuss the concept of urban beekeeping and its significant connections to team building, sustainable city development, and social and environmental responsibility. The beehives serve as a living example of effective project management, demonstrating how tasks can be diligently managed, and roles assigned with precision. This site visit will provide valuable insights, enriching the participants' understanding of project management principles in a practical, real-world context.

Inspired by makers’ culture it is one-stop center to plan, develop, prototype and communicate the innovative ideas and projects. Recently the Center expanded its possibilities with the VR production studio. The centre serves as the infrastructure for studies, research, experimental development and innovations. “LinkMenų fabrikas” includes Creativity workshops, 3D workshop, Model workshops (metal, wood, electronics, mechanical, etc.), 2 prototype workshops, Video and Photo studios, Video postproduction studios, Audio recording studio, Audio postproduction studio. The teamwork space of this centre: 1500 m2/16000 ft2  “Linkmenų fabrikas” is the space where cooperation between science and business enterprises takes place and various joint research-business projects are implemented. It is also the place where students of various fields of studies meet and jointly solve relevant business and social problems as well as implement projects ordered by business and NGO’s.
