Charlotte Candy
Charlotte is an experienced project controls leader who has established risk management methodologies across a number of highly regulated public sector organisations.
She has led and grown numerous risk management teams in consultancies and public sector organisations. She has nearly 20 years’ experience in enterprise and project risk management, corporate risk strategy and development and implementation of risk improvement plans with a demonstrable track record in delivering quantitative risk analysis activities. She has continued to support the risk industry in its development and evolution by participating in the IRM research groups and their subsequent publications. Charlotte has been awarded CIR Magazine Risk Manager of the Year 2021. Charlotte is passionate about incorporating new techniques into her delivery of risk management by taking inspiration from other industries. She encourages the use of gamification, behavioural science and machine learning to improve project outcomes and engagement. She has founded Cyclamen to bring her consultancy vision to life.
