Tomas Ruzgys
Tomas Ruzgys is a technology leader with over 25 years of experience in digital transformation, IT project management, and cloud solutions. As the CEO of Crayon Lithuania, he spearheads initiatives in AI, data, IoT, and software services, driving innovation and business growth across the Baltic region. Tomas has a strong background in Microsoft technologies, earning recognition as Lithuania’s “Office 365 Guru of the Year” in 2015.
His career spans leadership roles in both public and private sectors, with deep expertise in change management, enterprise cloud adoption, and international project delivery. He has worked extensively with commercial, governmental, and academic organizations across Europe, including Denmark, Norway, and Lithuania.
Tomas is also an active community contributor, serving as a municipal council member, board chairman of a local association, mentor to technology students and member of Rotary community.
