Auksė Žukauskienė
Žukauskienė is a Senior Vice President and the Capability Center Country Head for Moodys in Lithuania. In this role, Aukse is responsible for the development and execution of Moody’s capability center strategy for Lithuania. She leads efforts to ensure the effective governance of Moody’s operations in Lithuania while continuing to enhance our reputation within the country’s business services industry. Auksė is an experienced business leader who brings a wealth of experience from across the financial services and other corporate sectors.
Prior to joining Moody’s, Auksė was an Associate Partner at Ernst and Young (EY) Baltics, focused on organizational and people advisory services, helping to set client organizations up for long-term success. Before EY, she served as SBA Group’s Chief Human Resources officer and has held several notable roles at Barclays, such as Country Head for Lithuania and Director, HR Business Partner for Lithuania and Prague. Prior to this, Aukse also built a significant career at Philip Morris International, holding local and international roles of increasing responsibility in Human Resources.
Auksė has a Master's degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Klaipeda University
