Rolandas Rimkevičius
Rolandas Rimkevičius is a Lithuanian national with a strong background in electronics engineering and business management. He holds a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Equipment and Computer Technology from Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. Rolandas has held several key positions throughout his career. He served as the Executive Director at Dataera UAB, where he taught data analytics and data engineering at DATACADEMY and ISM University. He also consulting businesses on analytics and business management systems. Prior to that, Rolandas was the Director at Avitela / Elektromarkt, where he was responsible for the company’s commercial strategy, marketing, and overall process efficiency. He played a significant role in the acquisition of Elektromarkt, which doubled the company’s turnover in 2020. Earlier in his career, Rolandas worked as a Sales Engineer at OMRON Electronics OY, where he was responsible for the sale and marketing of industrial automation products in Lithuania. In addition to his professional roles, Rolandas has completed several training programs, including “CSPO - Certified Scrum Product Owner” and “Leadership: Excellent Leaders, Excellent Teams, Excellent Results”. Rolandas is proficient in Python programming, SQL data queries, MySQL servers, Microsoft Synapse, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps, Power BI, Odoo (ERP), Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Project, Magento 2, and WorkShop. He is known for his enthusiasm, quick learning ability, flexibility, and excellent understanding of business and team formation. He has a good understanding of technically complex products and processes, quality control processes, and is known for his diligence and hard work in achieving set results and beyond.
