He has successfully led and facilitated multiple organizational transformations, delivering value, quality, and innovation to clients across various industries and regions.
His mission is to inspire and empower teams and leaders to embrace change, collaboration, and continuous improvement. He is also passionate about exploring and integrating the potential of Generative AI within the project management domain, offering insights and strategies on how to use AI for enhanced decision-making, efficiency, and effectiveness. He regularly shares his knowledge and expertise through speaking engagements, publications, and mentoring initiatives at Project Management Institute, where he serves as a Region Mentor for Central Europe.
